• Staffing (salaries, stipends, & payouts) to employees, volunteers, coaches, and ministers actively in the field spreading the gospel, increasing the multiplication of Christian athlete discipleship within the sports industry, and pushing the CAMP mission and vision forward. The minimum monthly stipend for a part-time discipleship ambassador to support our ministry needs is $1105. Volunteer, part-time, and full-time staffing are essential to sustainable ministry operations. Staffing is driven by finances. Where there is budget, there is opportunity for additional headcount. Staffing assures the ability to not only support local ministry operations, but global. The team's getting is continually funded by your giving. As an expanding ministry within a competitive market, talent acquisition, talent retention, and advancement opportunities are pivotal to how sufficient staffing continue to promote our Great Commission efforts!

• Missional support (sustainability & financial reserves) for our yearly service initiative goals: pick 6 sports team fund (min. $1000 ea.), season for-give-n winter sports drive (min. 10 weeks of Christian sports essentials for student athletes), the Big 3 scholarships (min. $2500 ea.), and sports loans budget (min. $250 ea.) to remove financial barriers for local and global sports programs and their student athletes. Additionally, as the church for athletes on mission to decrease the depression, suicide, and unemployment rates of student athletes; by increasing the multiplication of Christian athlete discipleship - being well equipped to provide resources, such as Holy Bibles, employment, coaching, ministerial credentialing, and volunteer opportunities for student athletes is essential to our continual missional operations and Great Commission efforts. Missional support allows our team of discipleship ambassadors, ministers, and overseers to comfortably devote themselves to prayer and the ministry of the Word with complete confidence that the financial and physical needs of the ministry will continually be met while pressing forward!

• Ministry Accountability (transparency & integrity) for our ministry as we remain innovative as Great Commission worshippers a part of the church for athletes amongst an ever changing universal and digital ecology. As the "remote local church" maintaining a highly functional virtual platform with fellowship opportunities for student athletes, servant evangelism initiatives, ministry marketing campaigns, website development, and branding is essential. Digital platforms are extremely beneficial and provide our ministry with great versatility beyond the walls of a church building, where our community at large can be involved, such as our virtual fellowship services, Bible studies, discipleship trainings, coaching sessions, and team meetings. Being able to connect with the sports industry globally with the gospel of Jesus Christ is at the root of our mission of increasing the multiplication of Christian athlete discipleship, and support to maintain and enhance our current digital presence and processes keeps our ministry accountable to its mission. Ministry accountability not only assures that we stay aligned with the mission and vision the Lord has given for the CAMP here on earth, but we adhere to it in a way that ultimately glorifies our Lord in heaven!
